Walbec Recruits Veterans

The Walbec team recently had the opportunity to support a DAV RecruitMilitary event hosted at Miller Park in Milwaukee.

The Veteran Job Fair provided numerous opportunities for our team to engage in employment conversations with potential candidates. These well-trained veterans bring skills & abilities that are essential to the success of our organization, therefore, we're always interested in supporting these types of events within the community.

As we continue to invest in building a world-class diverse and inclusive culture, dedicating time to connecting with veterans who are looking for employment is extremely important. They can enrich an organization with their diverse background, experience in solving complex problems, and comfort with mentoring and training individuals of various backgrounds.

It was a good day all around. Having the opportunity our industry and the numerous career pathways we have available is something we take great pride in.
