Parisi Construction, a Walbec Group company, partnered with Stoughton Trailers on an ambitious 180-acre mixed-use development that includes a new corporate headquarters campus and a growing residential community. This multi-phase project reflects Parisi’s leadership in large-scale site development, infrastructure construction, and sustainable community planning.
PROJECT DETAILS
Phase 1 established the foundation for Stoughton Trailers’ new headquarters with mass earthwork operations, stormwater management systems, and complete underground utility installation. Parisi constructed five stormwater ponds, including the signature 5-acre “Lake of Stoughton Trailers,” and delivered full concrete, curb, gutter, and pedestrian infrastructure. Through collaboration with C.D. Smith and Payne and Dolan, the site transitioned seamlessly from grading to paving and vertical construction.
Phase 2 expands the development into a vibrant residential area featuring apartments and single-family homes. This phase mirrors the same level of precision engineering, environmental stewardship, and infrastructure excellence that defined the corporate build-out.
Leveraging drone mapping, GPS-guided grading, and data-driven project management, Parisi achieved exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and real-time progress tracking. Despite regulatory challenges and an aggressive schedule, the team delivered on time and within budget—strengthening community infrastructure and fueling regional growth.
The Stoughton Trailers development exemplifies collaboration, innovation, and craftsmanship—qualities that define Parisi’s approach to transformative site development and construction excellence across Wisconsin.
