Working alongside general contractor Miron Construction since fall 2024, Parisi is drawing on the collective strength of Walbec’s family of companies, including specialized equipment and bridge construction expertise from Zenith Tech, to overcome complex site challenges. As the development progresses toward its anticipated completion in 2027, this collaborative approach brings expanded capabilities, innovative solutions, and valuable resources to a fast-paced project where quality and coordination are essential.

- Innovative Entry Bridge Construction: Utilized specialized bridge brackets from fellow Walbec company Zenith Tech to safely install cantilevered concrete pavement over a significant elevation change, demonstrating the value of shared expertise and resources.
- Efficient Architectural Concrete Construction: Prefabricated radius wall forms reduced on-site forming time and improved consistency and quality for decorative concrete walls.
- Collaborative Planning & Coordination: Close collaboration with civil and landscape engineers helped refine plans to meet Wisconsin construction standards, while established relationships with the City of Beloit and contractors working on adjacent street improvements supported efficient sequencing, resolved potential conflicts and kept construction moving forward.
- Quality That Builds Confidence: Exceptional workmanship and familiarity with the project contributed to an additional contract for directional signage and entry monument foundations, further expanding Parisi’s role in the development.
