95th Street West Side Development at Milwaukee Regional Medical Center (MRMC)

The $54M 95th Street Milwaukee Regional Medical Center (MRMC) West Side Development project is confidently bringing a medical business park to Wauwatosa, WI. From April 2023 to August 2025, the excavation, hauling, placement, and compaction of approximately 500,000 cubic yards of material will provide west campus development opportunities for Froedtert Hospital, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, and the Medical College of Wisconsin. The 500,000-square-foot, 900-room Milwaukee County Mental Health Complex will be demolished, making way for future roadway and utility infrastructure construction.

Strict daily coordination with multiple other campus projects is essential to maintain the project's schedules. The large 80-acre project footprint also necessitates the installation, maintenance, and management of multiple erosion control BMPs around the west side development and retention pond expansion.
