The Position:

We're looking for an HR Recruiting Assistant that will help support the recruiting, on-boarding and general administration our busy Human Resources Department!

  • Source potential candidates through social media channels, industry association websites, hiring events like job fairs and networking events, resume searches on job boards, and local job center websites
  • Screen applicants by reviewing applications and resumes
  • Schedule interviews, drug tests and other pre-employment testing or checks
  • Prepare new hire materials
  • Schedule, coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation; help set up computers, PPE, company swag and Welcome Folder
  • Assist with the administrative tasks related to the drug screening program
  • Run and maintain reports
  • Assist with various departmental projects

The Candidate:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline, preferred) and one to three years of human resources, recruiting or related experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets insurance requirements
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with HRIS
