Responsibilities
- Assist with capturing and producing photo/video content for internal communications, external marketing, training materials, and social media.
- Travel to job sites, fly drones, shoot on-the-ground content, and edit short-form media.
- Shoot (Capture) crews, equipment, construction progress, candid jobsite visuals, and in-office team members
- Edit short-form social content (reels, shorts, LinkedIn clips)
- Assist with internal and training video projects
- Follow safety protocols and brand guidelines
Requirements
- Content creating experience
- Basic Photography/videogrophy skills
- Basic experience in Adobe Premiere-pro
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to job sites and our Walbec office locations-very minimal overnight stays
- Self-starter able to work independently
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Preferred:
- Drone operation experience with Part 107 License or ability to take the Part 107 test sponsored by Walbec.
- Knowledge of social media trends, insights and creative ideation
