The LeClare Family Creamery is a local goat milk dairy that has recently expanded its production facility to help take their products nationally. Northeast Asphalt (NEA) partnered with The Creamery and Milk Source to rehabilitate the customer parking lot and construct a new parking lot for their expanded production facility.The project involved repairing the binder layer, adding a 2.5″ overlay to the front parking lot, and fine grading and paving the back lot with 5″ of hot mix asphalt. To help prolong the life of the pavement as well as strengthen the trucking areas, NEA added H oil to the surface.Take a look at the project profile below to learn more.
