The PEWS project partially reconstructed a storage yard in Pewaukee, WI. The client’s main concern was to keep the yard operational while the work was being completed. We were able to phase the construction in a way that allowed the yard to remain open to deliveries and operations. One of the biggest challenges we faced was a concrete shortage, which caused delays and required us to rephase the project to ensure substantial completion before the snowfall. Despite these challenges, we were able to perform over 75% of the work ourselves and subcontracted the rest. Overall, this project showcases our ability to perform complex construction projects while keeping client needs and concerns at the forefront of our planning and execution.
