Linda Pawlak began her career with Walbec in 1994 as an intern and has since held diverse roles, including leading key administrative functions, driving strategic initiatives, and serving as the company’s leadership coach. 

As Senior Vice President of Strategic Improvement, Linda focuses on advancing organizational growth, optimizing processes, and helping leaders and teams realize their full potential through personalized coaching.

Linda is passionate about helping leaders and teams reach their goals, especially as they navigate change and personal growth. She believes that when we help individuals use their strengths to do the work they love, we collectively reach our destinations individually and as an organization.

Active in her local community, Linda has volunteered for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, among other organizations. She serves on the Customer Advisory Board for HCSS and Command Alkon, software companies dedicated to developing solutions for construction companies.

Linda earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She is also a registered Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
