The Position:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Dozer Operator to join our seasonal team supporting our asphalt plant operations. This union position involves operating a dozer to push and manage material at various plant sites. The ideal candidate is comfortable with frequent travel between job sites and takes pride in maintaining equipment and supporting production efficiency.
Role and Responsibility:
- Operate a dozer to move and push aggregate and materials at asphalt plant sites.
- Travel from site to site, following dozer moves as scheduled and directed.
- Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform light preventative maintenance on the dozer.
- Work closely with plant and site supervisors to understand material handling needs.
- Adhere to all company and safety policies, procedures, and union agreements.

The Location:
- The position is portable and will be moving areas in Southeast, WI.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience operating a dozer in a construction or plant environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel daily and work varying hours based on production needs (40-60 hours/week).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and equipment care.
