The Position:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters across assigned business groups.
  • Investigate employee complaints, grievances, and workplace incidents in compliance with company policies
    and applicable laws.
  • Conduct regular site visits to meet with employees, supervisors, and leadership to build trust, gather feedback,
    and address employee concerns.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including
    performance management, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

The Candidate:

  • Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work
    experience).
  • Three or more years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist work, or a related role.
  • Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or field-based industry strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time to project sites across assigned regions
